I can see that they have hundreds of stars (daily regulars) but the buttons don’t light up on the POS and they are all unable to redeem on the MOP either. (I’ve been able to randomly ring through a reward a few times over the past six months for one of them, but it only allows one to go through, probably when the system is being temperamental and pushes a force approval)

Anyone solved this issue? Customer service hasn’t been helpful for these folks. One got a new card issued but the problem persisted.
