Peak is so funny to me because at my store it is never consistent. Somedays it happens quite sometime before our “planned” peak and it’s 2-3 person play. Other times we don’t even have one with a 5 person play.

Our random peaks are like that throughout the day but we’re located in the financial/ banking district so EVERYONE comes in between 8-9am

We had 5 partners! Ppl weren’t really stationed to their strengths tho so it was pretty draggy still but overall most of us did amazing

But like we’re getting used to it tbh, it’s becoming our new norm.

Do you have 3 bars? Like I literally don’t think I could pull shots that fast. We are a large ticket quad shots (or more) all day kinda store.

Oh yeah no that’s literally the only thing that slows us down. We only have two bars and we have to be really smart about our shot queueing. We literally have to be pulling shots every second bc we get sooo many shaken espressos and quads, we have at least 6 customers that gets quads, we even have one that gets 8 shots every single day.
