Ssv bullying me and other new ppl (self.starbucksbaristas)

There’s a shift lead whose been a bitch to me since the day I started. Anytime I ask a question she rolls her eyes sighs and acts like I’m an idiot. Everyday I see her she says snarky comments about how I should know better. Today she was saying I can’t make drinks to my coworkers ( my first day of not training technically ) ?? And they need to supervise me. The reason I made one single mistake is because I’m too scared to ask her questions. She finds every reason to come and bitch at me and it’s so fucking frustrating. What do I do. I avoid her at all costs but it’s like she waits to see any possible mistake to yell at me even if I fix it myself.
Idk what to do should I just say something myself about how she’s being rude or tell my manager.

that’s not okay in the slightest. I would talk to your manager because if you feel like you can’t even ask her questions, that can VERY easily turn into a hostile work environment. and that’s coming from someone who quit because I was bullied

She literally is so nice to everyone else except me. She hates new people it’s getting so frustrating and draining

Is there a way you can talk to her just the two of you and be kind and say you’ve noticed she is short of patience with you and how can you two figure it out? Be honest and tell her you haven’t wanted to bother her to ask questions and that you want to have a good working relationship a and do your job correctly but ask if she’s willing to give you some guidance. Usually opening a part of yourself to people like that humanizes you to them and they’ll soften up a bit. Make sure there’s no audience for this convo if possible.
