This. I've trained 3 people, have had to literally beg my sm to get paid. When I just recently trained my 3rd she didn't ask me, she told me I was training. I now have to get into this fist fight of a 50$ bonus. Remember, it's not their money, it's yours, so you gotta fight for it and be up their ass until you see it in your check. Didn't get my first bonus until 6 months after partner was trained.
