All the sandwiches and egg bites are shipped fully cooked … they say so on the packaging and there’s no way our ovens can cook raw meat in that amount of time, they’re not *that* powerful. That said, it’s against policy to sell anything frozen.

No theyre cooked. Its just that we thaw them and then heat em up in the ovens

You aren't supposed to sell any item frozen as if they chip a tooth because the bite into something frozen it's a liability issues. And you're not supposed to sell anything wrapped in plastic because the ingredient list isn't printed on it. Which is required for all packaged food.
