So, I’m a returning partner. Been back w the siren for about three months now. During these three months, I’ve gotten paid ONCE😵💫And it had to be an off cycle check they sent to me. Originally, there was an issue on their end w my direct deposit for some reason. Now when I call PCC, they say I did something. Regardless, they can’t figure out the fucking issue!! My routing numbers/ account numbers are 100% correct for my bank. I got told today, payday, to try again next week. I’m so fucking over it. The least they could do is send another check for me but they just told me that we’ll try again next week and see😐I literally have bills to pay (I’m fortunate to live at home still, I’m in college) but they don’t care!! What the fuck do I do lmfao I’m so so livid this company doesn’t give a fuck about us

Something similar happened to me and I was told by many people hearing my story that I should've stopped working with this as the reason why. I also didn't get ANY help until I said I would find a lawyer to help. Took about a year to get most my money back.

Managers have the ability to do an emergency pay out in this exact scenario. Or they used to anyway, maybe you can suggest that to your DM for approval?

You can also file a complaint/report with the U.S. Department of Labor (edit: along with your state's Labor Commissioners Office). They don't like things like this and with the gov breathing down their neck they will find motivation. The DoL may also start inspecting them for more issues if they find cause to.

You need to talk to a lawyer or the labor department from your state. Withholding wages is illegal on a federal level.

This happened to me and it turned out there was something wrong with my employment verification? like my SM entered my passport info wrong or something. Could it be that?
