you do! once youre in the system youll have those numbers for life (unless theres something else that makes you permanently lose your numbers that im unaware of)

Unfortunately since you were gone for more than 12 months you won’t accrue vacation hours until you hit 12 months of employment. I also had none of my previous experience considered and was hired on just over minimum wage.
