I’d recommend press-ons. If you fit them properly they can look really nice. If you have really nice natural nails you can just paint them and take it off before your shift, though I imagine you wouldn’t be asking here if that were the case.

honestly walmart and tjmaxx sell REALLY cheap press ons that are still incredibly cute, i'm pretty sure i paid $4 bucks for my wedding nails since i only had the weekend off and people thought they were legit haha. it's definitely the more feasible route since you only have one day off and you can just pop em off at the end of the day or before your shift :) walgreens and cvs sell pretty cute ones too!

Press-ons has already been said, but I'd like to recommend the kinds that come with the sticky tabs instead of glue! When they're glued on they're a lot harder to remove without causing damage imo. Also, congrats!

I’ve worn press ons from the dollar tree for multiple nice occasions including my own engagement, they look great in all of the photos! $1 for nails, $1 for the glue-it’s just as good as what you might spend $15 on rite aid or target 👍🏼
