I asked my sm 4 months ago about becoming a barista trainer, he said he would schedule a skill check. He never did. I messaged my asm because my sm has been sick and she said that we are not doing barista trainers right now. I then was talking to some of my fellow partners and they are scheduled for barista training. I’m pissed and i feel betrayed because i have worked my ass off at the siren.
