Does the partner hours app still request permissions to everything on your phone? I downloaded it when it first debuted and it asked for access to basically every function and data library on my phone and i was like "nope".

It would be cool if I could even download the app. I got as far as installing the HUB and the app does not appear in the partitioned Google Play Store.
