that is legitimately the BEST SHIFT. i love love love opening omg- i'm still in high school and i have availability in the mornings before school (i have another job after school) so i'll be scheduled 4:30-7:30 occasionally and then i go to school after,, literally the best

I had this schedule but as a closer 😭😭 M-F 11:30-8 was so so so nice until the openers started getting lazy and leaving me with majority of their tasks to finish up 😔😔

We have 4 (and a asm who leads shifts when needed ) and we are the busiest store in the district. With between 10-12 thousand dollar days. Id be happy with 5 shifts just so we had a little wiggle room with sick and vacations

everyone one is mad i’m get favorite but i’m only her favorite cause i’m great at my job and worked for it. i was a sm at a different company before and started as a main closer and worked my way up. after working mornings for 3 months we were number one of OTW for peak and Highest connections in the area 🤭🤭

Dream shift! Give your SM a lovely card if that’s still a thing. I used to do 4-9am when I was in college and it was the best. My school load was too heavy at the time to do more.

I used to love opening if it was with the shifts I liked (which was almost all of them lol) but having to get up that early everyday can be exhausting to the point that naps in the afternoon don't do shit 😭

WOW this is beautiful. i just switched my availability to strictly opening and my hours nearly doubled. i’ve been begging for enough hours to pay my bills for MONTHS, and i’m so excited to start opening only… our morning crew is so cool! and it’s the best shift!
