Can't see my pay stubs on partner central? (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by duckthemuck
Every time I try to click "My Partner Info" to view my paystubs on partner central it just gives me this error message,

" This site can’t provide a secure connection

**mypartnerinfo.starbucks.net** didn’t accept your login certificate, or one may not have been provided.

* Try contacting the system admin.

ERR\_BAD\_SSL\_CLIENT\_AUTH\_CERT"

Is anyone else having this issue? I've tried logging in using both my mobile push and my security questions/password

Once on Partner Central your paystub is now under, "My Profile" and can be viewed on mobile as well as starbucks devices

Hey,
Could you tell me where on “my profile”? I see my rate but not the detail break down or bi weekly hours as I used to be able on the old system

You are trying to log into my partner info when you should be logging in to partner central

Try using "desktop" mode on your mobile browser? Sometimes that works for me. You can definitely access if from home. I do it all the time.

I tried it on both my phone and computer, same issue

Is there a clickable hyperlink “advanced options” or “learn more”? If you trust the device and connection you’re using , there may be an override that says something like continue to [URL] anyway. Could try a different browser or if on the phone enable Desktop view?

Even with the continue to URL anyway it still brought me to same issue, tried chrome, vavldi, Microsoft edge and safari and no luck

I believe it needs to be done on a Starbucks device. That may help! I may be wrong but you can try that way
