so i need advice. my store (inside of a grocery store) stores pastries and other frozen products in a giant walk in freezer with the rest of the store merchandise. we've been having issues of baristas wrecking the freezer because they're hellbent on getting out of that satanic hell as fast as humanely possible without becoming ice. does anyone have any good glove recommendations for handling frozen product so we don't have to suffer?

does the actual grocery team have gloves? i think it's somewhat likely that the store provides them with the equipment needed for working in the freezer. you might be able to just ask management if you can have some cold protection equipment for your team?
otherwise i can't really help, i just shoved my hands in my hoodie sleeves and tried to avoid being in there as much as possible at my first store haha.
