working today with 2 ssv’s (almost three since one is starting training soon) and none of them said anything about my pants today. none of them also have any “favoritism” towards me.
a third ssv comes alone and immediately says that they don’t like my pants(the ones i were wearing were all black, i have another pair in a plaid color that they have commented that they liked them before), calls my pants ‘leggings’ , i decline this and say they aren’t leggings but the ssv proceeds to bend over, look directly at my butt and tell me that they can see my underwear lines?
i get that you’re supposed to be aware of what everyone is wearing and correct it, but i didn’t feel that bending over to look at my butt/underwear lines was completely necessary. it made me feel really uncomfortable and ive cried the whole day due to it. i could’ve just gotten a “just to be safe it seems those pants are out of dress code so please don’t wear them again” idk. maybe im overthinking it all.
the pants are a sort of polyester/cotton material, they have pockets, and they are form fitting (mainly because ive gained some weight so now i fill in the pants)
edit: spelling errors

Wildly inappropriate way to go about dress code critique. Hell you can see underwear lines through some denim depending on the underwear. Unless sbux wants to enforce policies on undergarment styles, provided your pants really aren’t leggings, it seems like they were picking on you for some reason. I would suggest speaking with your SM about this. Even if it comes down to the pants being outta dress code, they seriously need to be coached on the way they handled the situation.

GRILLLL FILE A COMPLAINT AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT
chicken-tiddies37 points8m ago
I don't care where you work, bending over to look at an employee's butt and panty lines is sexual harassment.
gabby2468137 points8m ago
Leaving aside the blatant harassment, preeeeetty sure that’s within dress code since they added jeggings.
ezranilla33 points8m ago
sounds like sexual harassment to me, especially if it made you cry.
tslaampp28 points8m ago
That's insane. File a sexual harassment case ASAP! So sorry this happened to you. :(
AAA_Morningstar9 points8m ago
Most likely and hopefully in your favor it will show that employee clearly sexually harassing you by bending over and looking at your butt. You should have that as evidence all on camera.

You should have donkey kicked him in the mouth

It says they. We don’t know the gender of the SSV. Quit being sexist

Incident report that shit. Do NOT let it slide

Suuuuuper inappropriate for them to leab over to your butt. Talk to you SM about it asap. If your leggings are actually jeggings, they are now in dress code. And it sounds like they were jeggings since you said they had pockets.
When it comes to your other SSVs not saying anything, even if you weren’t in dress code, some SSVs don’t care enough to have the confrontation and certain standards and policies are only kept up by some.

absolutely report this for sexual harassment
ourgodwhofucks1 points8m ago
that’s SUPER inappropriate. not only that, i’ve been able to see my own underwear lines in full on jeans, so their point doesn’t even make sense
