absolutely love it when i get asked “where’s my drink?” as if i didn’t call out the name and put it in the hand off zone… and they just stand there waiting, not even bothering to look at the stickers on the drink. your name is on the cup, sir. just read it.
same goes for customers who just take other peoples’ drinks and complain that you made it wrong lmfao

Lol yesterday had a guy order a plain grande hot latte at the register. We werent too busy. Few people waiting in store. I went to the hand off and he was sitting at a table literally right next to it. He was looking at me right in my eyes and i say "heres ur grande hot latte sir!" And he said "thank u". And so he gets up since he knew i was talking to him and then a moment later, he goes "is this mine?" Lmao i said yes sir thats urs
