(Just wanted to update my post and thank you all because I was approved ❤️)
I applied for the cup fund last week (with encouragement to do so from my SM). I haven’t heard anything yet and I’m wondering how long it takes to hear back on a decision. I saw that someone posted that they never heard back the first time they applied and they just sent in a second application. Any insight/advice is appreciated :)

I'd like to hear about things they approve, because a coworker lost her husband suddenly to a rare cancer and she applied for the cup fund to help cover the cost of moving her children from their home into an apartment she could better afford as a newly single mother of 3. They denied her. It's put a bad taste in my mouth ever sense and I'm reluctant to round up because of it.

Partner contact does send an email to your store manager to make sure you are in good standing ( Ex. Not on a final). Check in with your manager first then call them.

I applied about 4-5mos ago and I heard back almost immediately. They unfortunately denied my request. Maybe give PCC a call and check on the status
