I’m gonna be real with you friend, I know it’s scary but you have to take action. It’s already bad enough that your SSVs aren’t taking action and coaching this individual, but if they’re not doing something about it, YOU need to escalate it to your SM. And if no one else continues to stand up for you, really consider if this is the right store for you to be spending your energy on. I can’t make you do anything obviously, and neither can anyone else, but if you don’t stand up for yourself and make a change, the consequences are that you’re going to continue to feel miserable at work for the foreseeable future. Is that something you’re okay with? Food for thought.

Not the same answer but I would transfer or just straight up quit. This situation is what’s making me quit too, tired of being bullied and made to feel so stupid for little things. It’s just not worth the pay, and not worth compromising your own energy/peace for ppl who don’t know how to act like adults
