We’ve had like 5 customers try and use their plasma credit cards. They have money on them, but they don’t work. do we not take those?

I have a plasma card, if it's anything like mine then it has no chip. The card readers are super picky, so try having them swipe it a second time after it "declines," I've also seen this happen to child support cards too without chip.

If it doesn't work it doesn't work. Are you able to try running it through as credit? I'm not familiar with SB POS system. I would encourage the customer to call the phone number on the card

As someone who used to donate, specifically @ BioLife, i used to take the funds off the card and transfer them to my cashapp card. From there I’d use my cashapp card to pay or transfer to my bank acct. Obviously only works if they have cashapp and willing to take the extra step in order to get their drink

my store takes them but they may vary from store to store.
