Depends on the manager really, but realistically you need enough availability to work when the trainees have to work.
I mean, if you can only work mornings, but your manager wants to only train people in the afternoon when it’s quieter, that could be an issue. If you can only work 15 hours a week, it might take too long to get through the required 40 hours of training … or it might be too hard to coordinate your schedule with a new hire who can *also* only work 15 hours a week. But if you’re looking for a straight answer, talk to your manager.
