Depending on what you did, they may still hire you. Policy is that they review each felon/felony on a case-by-case basis and then decide

they def do but still hire ex cons on a case by case.
i do wanna say that starbucks is definitely still fast food. it's a lot more work (imo from experience) and more draining than other fast food jobs i've had.
