Lol this is funny but I actually one time had this one guy come to our store and he was picking up a mobile order that his wife placed for him and herself and like two other people. So the mobile order was under his wife's name so he comes in and walks over to the mobile order drinks and he picks up the tray with four of his drinks and then he brings it to the register where I'm at.
Customer: this was supposed to be hot (holding an iced grande mocha)
Me: sorry sir but it looks like the person that ordered it has ordered it as an iced mocha. I can definitely remake it for u in the hot version of it and u can take the iced one with u just in case it was meant to be iced or u can give it to someone u kno
This guy lost his mind. It was around Christmas time and the holidays but like he was overtly rude and he was screaming at the top of his lungs saying that this is the worst customer service ever and that it's taking a long time but mind you at the time that he came to pick it up it wasn't busy at all. But he just went off. It's like why would you go that crazy if somebody is willing to give you the other drink and remake it for you still in the way that you asked. People are so obnoxiously rude nowadays. His wife had ordered it iced so maybe the person that it's for wants it iced. Take the issue up with the person who ordered it, not with me 🙄

At that point I would have told him to leave and never come back. I cannot even begin to imagine how you could have handled that better.

And during that time, when he said "worst customer service ever", he asked for the DMs card or something and we pointed him in the direction of where it was. He grabbed one and said "well how do i do this?" Lmaoo uhh maybe u look at the card for the contact information??? But I don't think he ever ended up calling to complain because he probably realized by the time that he got home that his wife had ordered it and that we were only doing what the sticker said. And crazy part is a while after that incident he didn't come in but then when he started coming in again, he was extremely kind and polite and he never got upset about waiting whenever it was busy so I think when he went home his wife talked to him about it and told him how crazy he was for going off on us when she's the one that ordered the mocha iced

I had one the other day that was “I meant to order a venti” for a mobile 😒 and i just made the drink again, but bigger because I didn’t want to deal with it anymore
