They’re prone for failure, such as not dispensing the cold brew properly into the containers, resulting in clogging, flooding, and spilling.
They also take much longer to clean because they have way more parts that the toddies.

i’m very here for the cleaning a thousand parts slander especially bc my store has to make 4 a day so it’s literal hell to clean all the parts but i don’t understand how people are getting the issues with dispensing and clogging and flooding. like that only happens in my experience if you put the wrong amount of water or don’t grind the beans correctly, things that are still issues w the toddy system. imo it’s so so so clutch that the new ones auto dispense pull the cb after 20 hours

I love the new ones! I haven’t had any issues with making or kegging them. They’re so much easier for me to manage, too (I’m short/petite and struggled so much with the old ones)

We have two we go thru a lot of cold brew so we use 2 new ones 2 old ones. When we don’t need as much I prefer to just use the old ones lol
