there’s no timeline for how long you need to be employed before becoming a trainer. just ask your sm and if they think you’re ready they’ll let u be a trainer

The way our store does it is different now than it used to be. We used to be able to just say we wanted to do it, and if our SM thought we were ready they’d give us the training modules and send you on your way. Now we have to interview with the DM first and do a sort of skills test with our SM. That might just be because we had quite a few awful trainers though 😶
