Hey! For future reference, this subreddit is for baristas/employees and the regular r/Starbucks is for all customers and starbucks employees.

But personal cups are okay to use! But not if you're going through a drive-thru. But my store has this plastic reusable cup thing that we use to measure drinks in because it has measurements on the side. I'm not sure if all stores have that but my store does. So if somebody would order a grande cold brew with oat milk or let's say a grande iced caramel macchiato, I could use that reusable cup with measurements on the side that we keep at my store and I can measure out the milk for the caramel iced macchiato and dump it from that reusable cup into yours and things like that. But you are definitely allowed to use a reusable cup!

Not a problem! 🙂 and if you get any espresso type drinks like an iced white mocha, I would pump the white mocha into your reusable cup and then I would pull the espresso shots into the shot glass that we have and then I will dump that into your reusable cup on top of the white mocha and then swirl it around real hard so that the white mocha gets Incorporated and mixed in and then I will get the reusable cup with measurement lines and I'll put the milk up to the size line that you paid for and then I'll dump that into your reusable cup and put ice in it and then whipped cream.

But if you get the hot version of that then I will still do the exact same thing with the white mocha sauce and the espresso shots and then I will steam a grande amount of milk and just pour that in on top!
