Ask for their name. When the customer mumbles inaudibly continue to ask for their name, how to spell it, etc. Annoy tf out of everyone listening and involved. I've had customers tell me this week they "don't care about the name.."
Also when you ask for their name and they reply with "venti iced white mocha," interrupt and ask for their name first, see paragraph 1.
This is not chicfila, corporate.
If you don't tap "next drink" after taking their name everything will fk up. Enjoy.
