hey! do any of y’all have recommendations for cheap(is) non slip shoes that have worked well for you?
vans has some really nice ones but they are around $90 for a pair and i was wondering if there’s a pair that look kind of similar that aren’t as expensive.
thanks!

Remember that if you can invest in decent footwear, it saves you money in the long run and will save your back and feet. That said, we do get a 30% discount at Skechers and I’ve had good luck with their shoes, especially their work wear line.

very true! i think i may just invest and spend the money now. you make a good point.
i’m leaning towards the non slip vans. just because i’ve worn the same pair of vans for probably five years and personally, they are there most comfy shoes i own because of the specific style. and vans has a non slip pair in the exact style that i prefer, so i might do that
i have one pair that has seen heavy use for months and is still going very strong
although, I’d be careful with restroom cleaner because i have two pairs of shoes for crews and one of the pairs got bleached from it… the other i haven’t had an issue with. different material or dye maybe?

whatever pair you get doesn't matter (i mean it does...) but GET INSOLES. get the most expensive lush supportive insoles you can find. THAT is what has saved me

Don’t cheat your feet! It’s okay to have a cheap pair but that $90 will save your body in the long run!! I JUST purchased a pair of Sperry boots, wearing them at two different jobs for two weeks and I’d buy them again when the time comes.
