Try to think of an example of how you worked with a team to get through a challenge while at a job. I believe they asked a question similar to this. Most of the other questions were pretty typical job interview questions about personal strengths and how you overcome challenges at work.

Thinking back to my interview I was asked the normal interview questions what are your strengths and what are your weaknesses. Try to think of examples of when your strengths pulled you through something difficult at work then of how you have learned to work on your weak spots. I was asked scenarios based question a lot like what would you do if X customer said… or X customer was unhappy about… and think of how you worked to “make the moment right” for your customers. And ya know be yourself, smile, all that stuff, but I think that’s all I got I hope some of it was helpful! you’ll do great, Good luck!
