At my store we have a customer who specifically asks for half the trenta cup to be coffee, the other half milk and foam, and if he doesnt get it perfectly he sends it back. Something similar could be the case here.
LY-_-11 points8m ago
Do you do the “add dairy” button?
fookyall22 points8m ago
Immediately my first thought
jams1015138 points8m ago
This looks wrong. From what the sticker says to what the picture shows. It looks wrong.
Sorry, Stone. This drink doesn't Rock.
Badum-ba-tsk
GVRDENS_1111 points8m ago
Why the hell you make it like that?
Vegan_Sweetie81 points8m ago
3/4 inch heavy cream? Whoever made it did 3 inches. 😅
hypomargoteros22 points8m ago
More like 3-4 inch
_circuts3 points8m ago
I actually just had to explain this to a green bean the other day that its 3/4 inches and not 3/4 of the cup
Vegan_Sweetie2 points8m ago
Lol
arcanalalune45 points8m ago
I honestly don't see the huge deal with this.
Also, you add milk before ice so you can measure out how much milk you need with the lines.
karliseofdeath39 points8m ago
bruh im still stuck on STONE
idrinkcoolant29 points8m ago
growing up i knew twins named rock and stone
WanderingDwarfMiner15 points8m ago
For Rock and Stone!
plenzz2 points8m ago
Did I hear a Rock and Stone?
karliseofdeath9 points8m ago
the way they probably got dunked on constantly.
Renyx3 points8m ago
Are they cave people?
bloop_4056 points8m ago
I believe that's about 14 pounds?
StuffiesAndBeatSaber2 points8m ago
I had a friend in HS named Stone lol. He was a cool kid
Kaywin28 points8m ago
What, you don't also take your orange sweetened condensed milk with a little splash of coffee?
ladyelenawf5 points8m ago
Don't kink shame me!
olivinemultichrome19 points8m ago
They don’t want to admit they don’t like coffee
alphagoddessA14 points8m ago
Probably because it’s delicious? 😂 why do you care what other people like?
MunchYourButt13 points8m ago
That says 3/4 of an inch lol, I don’t think this is the customers fault
p4ulinas9 points8m ago
why did you make it this way? 😭
kaitrsmith5 points8m ago
what’s wrong with it??
thefrenchtoastfiend5 points8m ago
my store has a customer who gets 20 pumps of classic and 7 creams in the trenta iced coffee.
our classic pump is a half pump so we have to do 40 😭
xylophonezygote5 points8m ago
Did you use whipped cream instead of heavy cream?
BrusselsMarriott4 points8m ago
I’ve heard people do this to take home and portion out over days in plain cold brew. Makes sense to me. Definitely not my thing though.
flower_garden_3 points8m ago
Better question, why did you put the heavy cream after ice? It's not standard, and it looks so sad 😭
chaosatnight3 points8m ago
What’s the problem with the order? You’re the one who made it incorrectly.
RapsodicalDisciple3 points8m ago
I just laughed at this the same way I'd laugh at a trainwreck tripping over their own shoelaces 😂😂
rlogranite3 points8m ago
They only wanted a little coffee with their pumpkin and heavy cream. 😆
Jade-Balfour3 points8m ago
For anyone who’s confused with the name: it could be their last name. My mother’s maiden name was Stone. It could also, of course, be a nickname
Missjaneausten3 points8m ago
Because they don’t actually like coffee but they want the energy they get from it.
tourniquette21 points8m ago
I fill almost half my cup with cold foam, but I mix most of it into the drink. It makes it thick and creamy, so it’s a nice texture.
Wonderful-Put-59721 points8m ago
🤢🤢
moldyhotpocket1 points8m ago
man you mixed in the pumpkin into the coffee but couldnt do it to the heavy cream too? lol
Indica-daddy1 points8m ago
I’d ask for it this way if I intended on making a smoothie with it at home. That being said, people are wild and like what they like. Not my cup of tea, but it doesn’t affect me if someone likes it.
besoinducafe1 points8m ago
That’s nothing 😅 most modified drinks have a much longer list to follow
Necessary_Low9391 points8m ago
Ew

siestasierra7 points8m ago

Who teaches people to add milk after the ice it never mixes
Far-Comfortable-70325 points8m ago
My old manager was adamant milk went after ice so you could “get a good pour” like with hot coffees… needless to say we fought a lot
miniinovaa5 points8m ago
It’s only like the for the VSCCB but you probably knew that ;p /gen
[deleted] [OP]-42 points8m ago

jams101549 points8m ago
Cold brew =/= iced coffee.
With a VSCCB, I will pour the sweet cream at the end, after the ice. Iced coffees, the milk or cream is always added before the ice. It changes things a LOT, try it both ways and compare to see.
reclusivegiraffe10 points8m ago
agreed, the whole reason VSCCB gets it over the ice is for aesthetic reasons, anyway. That’s the only drink that gets milk over the ice, except for like the honey almond milk cold brew, if i remember correctly. (Is that even a drink anymore?)
testingaurora1 points8m ago
How do cold brew and iced coffee differ?
Dani_Phantom2212 points8m ago
Who ever told u that need to go look up up again or get re-trained for drink standards.
capsule_of_anxiety14 points8m ago
Iced coffee build is syrup, iced coffee to the middle black line, then whatever cream or milk to the top black line, ice to the top of the cup. Cold brew is the same if it’s got syrup and milk in it. I’d it has foam, ofc it does go last after the ice.
phoenixia2174 points8m ago
VSCCB is expressly different in the way it’s made bc of the way the SC cascades when poured after ice. Any other drink with added cream or milk is added at the beginning or at the very least before ice.
GVRDENS_13 points8m ago
My slime, this is an iced coffee
geekgurl813 points8m ago
That’s a cold brew, this is an iced coffee. The 3/4”cream is just that, 3/4 inch of it the bottom of the cup after the pumps of the syrup.
[deleted] [OP]1 points8m ago

Ok-Start-676815 points8m ago
Standard for iced coffee is to do the milk before the coffee. Also that’s way more than extra…
krym32zamoon6 points8m ago
Check the recipe cards because that's incorrect
reclusivegiraffe5 points8m ago
the way i was taught for 1/2” of cream was to do coffee until the second black line, cream to the third, then ice for the top. for 1/4” i just go halfway between the second and third lines
