yes my store is not very good at keeping up with cleaning it 😃 almost all of our closers now are minors who have never had a job before and don’t give a fuck about their jobs

i didn’t even really have time to do it that morning. one of our openers called out and i was also soloing the floor while setting it up

Dude we clean ours out every night and 100% personally walk out the pastries in pastry bags to the dumpster after we close. We don’t keep them at all. Not one bit 👀
