so i worked at starbucks for about a year, i just left in june. i quit because my manager had written me up because i had to go to urgent care and missed my shift.
i have been away for 4 months now and i kind of miss it. i’m thinking about going back and i messaged my old sm about coming back and applied to the store. but i also applied to a starbucks inside of a college. is it possible that i’ll get hired again even after getting written up?

Untrue. Your either rehireable or not. Depends on notes left by manager who separated you.

Also it’s always up to the hiring managers discretion. I’ve meet a couple partners that were hated by their prior SM and gave them a no rehire status but was still hired anyways.

Yeah that’s me. My first manager was transphobic openly to me and multiple other partners and left a “do not rehire” note in my file. I only found out a year and a half later when I applied to my current store and my manager asked me what it was about during my interview

i wasn’t fired or anything either. i put in my two weeks and worked them after she told me she was writing me up.

You could try a licensed store in target or Kroger, the Starbucks in your college may be licensed. Then you're an employee of Target or Kroger etc. But make sure you're aware of the benefits you were used to may not be offered at a licensed store. And doesn't hurt to try at a corporate store! Esp if you were let go for a bullshit reason , you could try explaining that to the SM
