One of my coworkers didn’t come to work because he “didn’t know he was supposed to work today” but he pulled up to the store a few hours after his shift was supposed to start to order a drink… bro I’m dead 😭 (self.starbucksbaristas)

At my last job. Last winter we had a one who called off a lot. One Sunday ( Sunday in a grocery store so madhouse) he is supposed to be the next one in. I saw him walk in, in uniform! And like almost a half hour went by from when he's supposed to start. The manager said he walked in so he could call off. Ge thought it would look better to walk inside, in uniform, 15 minutes before he was to start, to call off 🙃
