1/2/2 for hot lattes, 1/2/3 for iced lattes. You can look up beverage standards on the iPad if anyone tries to disagree.

1/2/2 is correct for hot drinks
1/2/3 is correct for iced drinks

Remember this: 1 1 2 2 VENTI ICED 3. For shots

Flat whites: ristretto +1, and whole milk I.e. grande flat white would get 3 shots:; 2+1 ristretto

For pumps: 2,3,4,5, VENTI ICED 6
—-Any syrup in the shaker is HALF DOSE, 3,4,6,.
Cold brew is 3,4,6,7 half dose always, or 1,2,3,4 full dose
Caramel macc: -1 pump of syrup
Americanos +1 for shots

Americanos aren’t exactly plus one - short stays 1 shot, tall goes to 2, grande gets 3, and venti hot and iced both get 4

Also (just because you phrased it oddly) all of the shots in a flat white should be ristretto, not just the extra shot

Yea yea ik. It was worded like that for a reason of trying to remember everything for the trainee🤣.

Ok so

- For HOT Lattes and cappuccinos, it’s 1/2/2
- For ICED Lattes (maybe cappuccinos too? Idk if they come iced anymore) it’s 1/2/3

Iced venti always gets 3 shots unless it’s a shaken espresso or otherwise specified by the customer

You can no longer ring in an iced cappuccino. If you try it throws an error and says it's unavailable, like trying to ring in a venti nitro.

venti iced americanos and i think venti iced flat whites also get an extra shot making them 4 shots
