That’s a fair question. It’s usually busy and I usually just drink whatever if they mess up. I don’t want to cause an inconvenience for the workers who already look busy

Still a bit of a green bean myself (started in august), but I'm pretty positive that this is wrong and not to standard at all! It should always be the brown sugar pumps unless the customer asks specifically for something else :)
