I love how one of the things is "make some of these beverages to practice your craft and discuss with your manager" as if anyone will be able to do that.

Seriously, our manager was told by the regional manager that she wasn't doing a good job because she didn't do individual training with us. She replied she didn't do individual training because we didn't have time, to which RM replied "Well you had training hours set aside for it." No we didn't. There were no training hours. There is nothing but sadness here right now.

yeahhh for fall launch our SM straight up didn’t schedule anyone to do the training, just told the SSVs to “find the time” during each person’s coverage shifts to send them off the floor to do it 🙃

Yeah that’s weird. Training hours were set aside. That is a district manager problem if there were not train hours set aside for y’all to do this. But regardless if there wasn’t. Shifts and BTs should be coaching and letting everyone know
