Lol, got something similar today. Someone mobile ordered a venti iced vanilla blonde latte and a modification said “no caramel drizzle”. Sweetie, it doesn’t come with that so don’t worry.🙃

It is entirely possible she accidentally hit tn and when she removed it this was SB answer. Because they are so well organized and all.

Today I got a “can I have a grande hot latte with no toasted vanilla” and like… yeah, yes you sure can.

Got a caramel macchiato with no hazelnut the other day

My store has been getting those too but it’s “no hazelnut” like we wouldn’t even have thought of it until you said it.

Had a lady say the same thing about a cappuccino the other day, like ma'am only like 9 people know what a cappuccino is so it doesn't have anything special in it don't worry

we got a delivery order just like this like two days ago… since the sticker said no toffee nut, i obviously didn’t add it, but upon further investigation our uber eats tablet showed they added TN syrup. really curious about this glitch… just started seeing it recently.

Please give me a latte but I really don’t want any mocha in there so please don’t put it in there thx

Lol i had one literally 2 days ago for delivery that was a grande iced latte "no hazelnut syrup". I have no idea why the apps allow for this. Im very curious what the reasoning is for why weird things like this happen with delivery orders
