Wish we did partner of the week I feel like everyone would feel a lot of appreciation. Partner of the quarter feels so underwhelming when you work hard for it but someone just worked slightly harder. That way everyone has a chance even if they have an off week (or depressive episode) they won't feel like they're worthless yk
