there should hopefully maybe be stuff on partner resources for you to use. how long do u have to train them? Id do customer support one day, tell them how to brew coffee , maybe make whips, etc. then do hot bar one day, cold bar, one day frappuccino one day, register one day, etc etc. Idk at my store we actually have food and structured training but ik most stores don’t get that luxury

Yeah unfortunately it's not structured well at my store. We used to only accept transfers but our new sm is hiring new people now so we're all learning how to train from scratch, none of the green beans are assigned to a one trainer - they just get put with whoever happens to be available each shift

That’s bullshit - training comes with a bonus for a reason and you should not be training if you haven’t done the barista trainer modules
