How do we get vacation time? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Almost close to the 1 year rehire streak and it’s STILL a mystery to me. My SM, long term partners and managers all give me mix answers or basically **“I’m not sure how it works”** and I just want to know how it works and if I’ll be able to take a week off for a wedding, next year

After 1 year you start to accumulate vacation time

You can request time off without vacation time but you accumulate vacation time at a rate based on hours worked and can use it when you request time off in order to get paid for it.
