They want to make our cafe/DT store a DT/mobile pick up only store to improve customer connection. I’m confused because aren’t most costumer connections done in the cafe yk face to face where you have a bit of time to speak with them. Then, you can’t really connect with customers in the DT because we have to keep our times down. Not to mention lots of people come to our store and actually use the cafe to do work and socialize.

Then, I’m hesitant to assume it, but we have a very big Hispanic and Muslim clientele that don’t utilize the app and they’re the main ones to occupy our cafe. I’m thinking maybe they’re trying to push them away 🤷🏽‍♀️ It just sounds like another excuse for a cash grab.

I’m down for a remodel, but logistically it would make sense to keep the cafe for the remodel. Do you have any input?
