Does anyone know the updated policy on submitting covid tests on the store IPad to get paid for isolation? Does it have to be a PCR test or can it just be an at-home test with my name and date on it? Has anyone done this recently?

Unless you’re in California, they ended COVID pay on 10/2.

It can be an at home test and it doesn’t need your name or date literally just a picture of it. *source store manager in California
