What is the right way to make an iced Capp? I tried looking through the bev cards but I think it got lost. I know it involves making cold foam with the blender. Thanks!

Starbucks does not offer an iced cappuccino anymore. If someone orders one, we should be offering an iced latte with cold foam of their choice (charging for VSCF modified)

It's so stupid how it's made. You fill to the bottom line with milk, to the top line with cold foam (not VSC, nonfat with two pumps vanilla, and then add ice. It isn't offered any more though.

Middle line milk top line ice then cold foam

Am iced cappuccino with cold foam: It’s ice in the cup first espresso shots poured over the ice milk to the second line and then just nonfat foam.
An iced cappuccino was an iced latte filled with room for steamed milk foam. This was the standard for before the cold foam
The cold brew with cold foam got the vanilla with the nonfat. And even

I always ask customers which version they want, since technically neither is an item offered anymore. We have the newer cold foam variety, or the original one I learned where you steam a crap ton of cappuccino foam and pour it over an iced cup with the shots, any additives, a liiiiiitle bit of milk and ice almost to the top. So annoying.

Yep we no longer offer it. As to how it's made... Ugh. Starbucks history lesson.
When I started we made cappuccinos like iced lattes, but with a scoop of hot foam on top. After they introduced cold foam (not vanilla sweet cream cold foam, that came later) they introduced the Iced Cappuccino with Cold Foam.
That one was made differently, with less milk and regular cold foam on top, which is 2 pump vanilla and nonfat to the 100mL line.
Eventually they took that one off the menu and it got very confusing about how we were supposed to make iced cappuccinos. Was it the original recipe? Or the one that they took away the button so it doesn't charge properly? Then the regular cold foam button went away and now all we can ring up is VSCCF and the other foams built on it.
Eventually they just disabled ordering iced cappuccinos altogether. So just tell people we don't offer them anymore and suggest an iced latte with VSCCF. If it's too sweet, regular cold foam (maybe just charge for Add Milk because they took away the button?)

Espresso shots, milk to the second line, ice to the third and make the cold form with the cold foam pitcher

Ring it up as an iced latte with cold foam and put “half foam” on the ask me feature
