focus on two drinks at a time, and you should always be in motion - while you have milk steaming & shots pulling for one drink (or a frapp being blended), finish the previous drink then prep the next one. (that said, don’t feel like you need to rush! it’s better to go slower, make fewer mistakes, and build the muscle memory.)
there’s no standard for sequencing shaken drinks or moving between hot/cold bar, so that’s mostly just finding out through experience what works for you - my only advice there is, again, focus on just two drinks at a time.
iirc the sequencing activity guide has you practice with a bunch of different drinks so that you’re also reviewing all the recipes, but as a trainer I found it much more effective to have my green bean practice with just one type of drink (ie, 7 lattes in a row) so they could get the flow of sequencing.

The way i thought of it that made it sort of click was just always try to be occupying every part of the espresso machine. You’re steaming milk and pulling shots for one drink, the milk finishes, already have the next pitcher with milk ready to switch asap, the shots finish pulling so you switch the cups and pull shots again, and finish the first drink. So your goal is to make sure to never have a part of the machine not doing something if you have drinks back to back. And while you’re waiting for the shots and milk to finish you can make sure the cups have the syrups ready to go. always multitask
