Is it just me or would y’all too just rather give the bar/cold bar tasks to the newer people since they’re so excited to make drink, so you’re the one left doing the customer connection and just doing the “chill, stress-free” job while they’re running around making drinks 😂
It’s so cute to be able to watch new partners struggle sometimes and having to be a barista trainer/partner for 2.5 years now, I’ve learned some work hacks that don’t cross any work guide lines or violates QASA and being able to give these tips/hacks to them is so heart warming.

yeah same here - when I used to work at starbucks, I would struggle to talk to customers and get drinks done at the same time, but I could bang out drinks like a machine if i could just focus on that. So I would have no problem doing all the drinks myself if another barista could take care of the customer connection part for me (which they had no problem with since i was doing some of their work for them)😂
