it takes .3 seconds to identify which side has the butter on it. this is not a good take and i honestly do not understand why people who feel this way put themselves through it.

this is the midset right here that brings down the whole store.

Did none of you guys know that you were signing up to work for a mega corporation…?
Corporate never has and never will give a shit about us individually. It’s the job of individual store managers to give a shit about and respect the workers in the store and look out for our interests. they often suck at this, true. every store is gonna be different, which is annoying but none of us are going to change that.
And they literally give us free Therapy… an opportunity to go to college without accruing massive debt… free spotify… you are given shares in the company stock after a certain point… pretty good heath insurance all things considered.

this is not a common set of benefits for workers in our category. we are fast food workers. that’s just the reality. and they honestly give us a lot. and we make far above minimum wage. i don’t know where else you could work and expect the same level of benefits. they might not care the way you want them to but it’s not like we’re being deprived of our rights.
