I'm a new ssv, been with the company for a few months. I had forgotten to initial that partners had done the symptom check on the paper sheet we have. Meaning they showed to me that they did the symptom check and I forgot to initial that they showed me. I got a final written warning about it. I may or may not have accidentally done it again but I just simply don't recall. I know my barista showed me that they did the symptom check but I cannot recall if I initialed the paper copy. I texted one of my managers and owned up to it that I may have forgotten. She said she appreciates me reaching out and owning up if it is a mistake. Am I in danger of losing my job?
