This is probably obvious but just out of curiosity.. the orange label stands for warning right? Is it a specific warning like time and attendance or? I know K is keyholder and M is minor 🫡🫡 (i.redd.it)

I believe it means that you were scheduled outside your availability three times! It’s a warning for your manager, not you

I’ve worked at Starbucks for about 2.5 years and it took me until about 3 months ago to realize the (K) meant keyholder 🤦♂️
