So we had a group of 6 of us come in at close and setup took us about 2 hours. We probably could've done it in 90 minutes, but it was not the most organized thing I've ever been a part of.

It was 3 of us, took about 2.5 hours.

me and another manager were setting up both of our vons kiosks together and we came in at midnight and finished the second store at 5:55am, right before open i didn’t end up leaving til 8:30 cause they didn’t schedule coverage and we were slammed

Bro my store had NINE partners doing it and it took them 3 hours

4 of us from 6:30-9 we stayed till 10 and lost a partner at 8:30. We didn’t even finish it was a mess.

our district manager didn’t let us go all out and decorate the lobby like the past years, we usually get a actual christmas tree but he said no. three people did it in an hour 🙃

There was 5 of us scheduled for set up. Me (the SM), 2 shifts, 2 baristas. We had another barista scheduled until 9 that was just regular closing coverage. I scheduled us until 10:30 (we close at 8:30) thinking that was plenty of enough time to set up and we didn’t get out until almost 11:30 😵‍💫 We didn’t get to everything but that’s ok. We were absolutely slammed right until close and couldn’t really get any closing tasks started until 8:30. We rushed doing it and started set up at 9:30ish. It wasn’t so bad. We had pizza and listened to some music and had fun. Definitely the longest set up i’ve ever partaked in though.

At our store it was the SM, the ASM and myself (SSV) and we did it from 5:30-8:30p which is when we close.

4 of us scheduled for 2.5 hours starting at close; 2 of us had to do the closing stuff while the other 2 started setup. we stayed an hour over schedule after finally deciding some things were “good enough” and could be fixed the next day.
