Starbucks winter question (self.starbucksbaristas)

Okay so I got my fave from the season at starbucks today it's a sugar plum danish and they told me that they couldn't warm it up? They said that they are not allowed too? Last year i got them warmed up all the time did they change that for this year or is it just my starbucks that is refusing this? I just want to know bc cold danishes freak me out.

We can't heat anything frosted, so a green bean may have just been confused.

The sugar plum danish isn’t frosted tho, it’s cream cheese filling and jam but no frosting as far as I remember

Tbh I wasn’t sure either until I got a sticker that said to warm it and saw that it had a button on the ovens. So we are able to, but I think it was the spread part that was throwing me. Probably just a mistake though.
