Theres a setting for it on your ovens. If there isn’t they need to be updated, it’s under pastries

It's under bagels, I believe. If your oven doesn't have the option, an update needs to be done on it using the card and Hub.

It has its own button under pastry, if it isn't there then your oven needs to be updated.

In our store it was the first button, "pastries" I think. Top right side. It is called the pistachio swirl.
