Have you done the holiday training? If so, it was in that module, you can go back through it if you go to MyLearning and select it from your completed modules. If you haven't completed it, talk to your manager about it.

For a summary, though, red cup day is one day, the 17th this year, where we get a supply of cheap, but reusable, plastic red holiday designed cups, similar in shape to the core hot cups I believe.

For each holiday drink (any drink made standard with the Christmas or Fall flavors, as well as peppermint mochas/white mochas and peppermint hot chocolates/white hot chocolates) a customer buys through drive through, mobile order, or delivery (for example uber or doordash) they get one red cup. Any size counts, there are no limits per customer, and you cant buy the cups by themselves. It lasts until we run out of cups or until close on the 17th. If a customer doesn't want the cup with their holiday drink, we don't have to give it to them.

And lastly, and the part I think gets forgotten sometimes (at least in my experience lol) we aren't allowed to put the drinks into the red cups they earned- for example, a customer can't order a Caramel Brulee latte, earn a red cup, and have us serve the latte in that cup. They can use their own personal cup as normal, just not those ones right after they get them.

Hope this helps, and definitely go over that module when you get the chance!
